My Job Is: To oversee the general running of the business as well as ensuring that the editorial and creative direction of Total Pet Publishing’s publications remain exciting and cutting edge, this includes my role as publishing director at Total Pet Publishing. I also have responsibility for coming up with ideas for new products and services along with other members of the Total Pet Publishing team.

The Favourite Part of My Job Is: Seeing great ideas come to life in print or on screen.

The Least Favourite Part of My Job Is: Looking at spreadsheets and number crunching.

My Biggest Strength Is: Ideas.

My Biggest Weakness Is: Forgetting my ideas.

Pets: Chloe, the Buddhist Labrador. Mia, the not so Buddhist Rottweiler. The late and very great Jackson who is in my thoughts every day.

Ryan O’Meara is a former professional dog trainer who has dedicated his life to learning about, writing about, and working with his one true passion: dogs. Upon leaving school at the age of 16, Ryan embarked on his professional dog training career, indulging his love of all things canine.
